Orders $25.01 - $50.00 = $6.00

We generally ship orders every weekday. We strive to have your order shipped the following morning as we know how important it is for you to receive your order in a timely manner. Our primary carrier is the USPS via Priority Mail. Some items will go UPS or FedEx for Express Shipping.

Express shipping:

We will ship FedEx for an additional $15.00 surcharge.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we no longer will ship to Asia or Australia as we've had to many problems. We will, however, ship to Great Britain and the Netherlands. Please email us at balloonk@bellsouth.net for shipping inquiries.

Return Policy:

At The White Balloon our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges, or for a store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached in order for a refund to be credited to your account. After 14 days, up to 30, days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

The White Balloon does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. All Final Sale End of Season items (40% reductions) are final sales.

Any exchanges will be treated as a new order. Simply place an online order for the item/items you would like and we will process it immediately. Your account will be credited when we receive your return.

Orders with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.

Inventory

We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that is out of stock. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.

Pre-Orders

We do accept pre-orders on seasonal items. These are advance purchases on items to ship at a future date when items are received in our store. There are two ways to pre-order a item. 1) Simply order through the shopping cart and your credit card will be charged at that time. When the merchandise arrives in our store it will be shipped to you. 2) Call the store and request a pre-order. A 25% deposit will be placed on your card. At the time the item is receieved in the store and shipped to you, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fees as pre-orders are reserved and not available for sale. If items need to be exchanged we will be happy to work with you - if not, a store credit will be issued.
