Orders 0 - $25.00 = $4.50
Orders $25.01 - $50.00 = $6.00
Orders $50.01 - $100.00 = $7.50
Orders $101.00 and over = $10.00

We generally ship orders every weekday. We strive to have your order shipped the following morning as we know how important it is for you to receive your order in a timely manner. Our primary carrier is the USPS via Priority Mail. Some items will go UPS or FedEx for Express Shipping.

Express shipping:

We will ship FedEx for an additional $15.00 surcharge.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we no longer will ship to Asia or Australia as we've had too many problems. We will, however, ship to Great Britain and the Netherlands. Please email us at balloonk@bellsouth.net for shipping inquiries.

Return Policy:

At The White Balloon our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges, or for a store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached in order for a refund to be credited to your account. After 14 days, up to 30, days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

The White Balloon does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. All Final Sale End of Season items (40% reductions or more) are final sales.

Any exchanges will be treated as a new order. Simply place an online order for the item/items you would like and we will process it immediately. Your account will be credited when we receive your return.

Orders with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.

Inventory

We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that is out of stock. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. These items are ordered and reserved for you. At that time, they are taken out of our available stock. All preorders can only be exchanged for size or returned for store credit. If you cancel a preorder before it has shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and given a store credit for the remainder of the preorder amount. There are no refunds on preorders.
We will ship them to you as soon as they arrive in our store. Your preorders will ship ALL TOGETHER in one shipment. If you require that they arrive sooner, please contact us to arrange for shipping.



You may Pre-Order Merchandise in one of two ways:

You may pre-order merchandise right from our website and PAY IN FULL for your items at the time the order is placed-- your credit card is charged at that time.

You may call (865-588-6844) or e-mail us (balloonk@bellsouth.net) with your pre-order list and we will take a 50% deposit on the items you wish to pre-order. Then the balance will be charged once your merchandise arrives at our store.
